I didn't begin this work with answers, I began with disconnection.
Like many of the leaders I now work with, I spent years in my head, performing under pressure. I watched brilliant, sensitive people, including myself, shut down emotionally, disconnect from their truth, and burn out trying to live up to what the world expected.
That's why I built a method that starts at the root.
Not mindset.
Not surface shifts.
But the body. The breath. The truth underneath it all.
